Udon with green onions, enoki mushrooms, kelp, and dipping sauce

I decided to make myself some Udon, Japanese noodles, by boiling them in green tea. I added enoki mushrooms, green onions, and kelp to complete my meal. Pretty vegetarian, but that’s because I didn’t have any type of meat to eat it with. The dipping sauce I made tasted a bit like ponzu sauce with sesame oil. Ponzu sauce tastes pretty much like watered down soy sauce + a bit of sugar with a touch of lemon or lime (depending on preference). My lunch was delicious!

I’m currently reading this book and I still think the series isn’t that great. I’m not the type of person who will claim something sucks if I haven’t read all of it until the end so I’m forcing myself to read it. Then my opinion will actually be valid so I’m not one of those bandwagon haters. Those people are so annoying.
