Summer Delights

No gallery updates at the moment as I’m still working on editing the photos from Amsterdam & Bruges. However, I have added 2 new recipes. After all, this is more of a “food” photojournal than anything else. I’ve added a recipe for Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls & a cocktail I named “Adult Coffee.” The Spring Rolls are actually perfect for summer because they’re light & coldish. Adult Coffee is served chilled & great for the daytime, but not as refreshing as a fruity drink. Nevertheless, they’re both summer delights I hope you’ll enjoy.
New Recipes
A recipe for the dipping sauce for the spring rolls will be posted soon. I just need to recreate the vegetarian fish sauce recipe before I post it. Cheers!
