I’ve been a Pescetarian/Flexitarian since late November of last year & I’ve gotten tired of explaining to people that my life is not less enjoyable because I’ve halted my consumption of land animals. I realize it’s kind of difficult to process because you really love spare ribs & Filet Mignon, but it’s not as if I never did. This “diet” of mine has allowed me to explore new recipes that challenge my culinary skills & to savor new flavors!
Two nights ago, I made this delicious tofu dish I found off of AllRecipes.com. It turned out really well & I ate it with brown rice.

The gallery has been extensively updated! There were some albums missing from 2010 that I had forgotten to upload, but they are there now. The only thing left for me to do for this site is to post up those old pictures from my Project 365.

I ordered this off Lockerz because it was $9 although I didn’t realize that shipping would be just as much as the darn thing. I also didn’t realize that it would be RIDICULOUSLY SMALL…but oh well. It’s really nice on my lips.
