Today I made enchiladas. These were pulled fresh from the oven!

Johnathan’s plate had rice, beans, extra meat, and an enchilada!

My plate is a mess but it was delicious.

Matt, Jeremy, and I put together a birthday dinner for Pearl. I created the menu myself. This first appetizer consisted of (in order from top to bottom): salmon tartare, baked spicy scallops, and spicy tuna tartare.

For lunch, I got sushi from Maru. I had salmon sushi, a spicy scallop handroll,…

caterpillar roll, and a Maru special roll. It was one heck of a lunch.
