This may seem like an odd mix of ingredients, but if you love avocados, cilantro, feta cheese, scallions, & strawberries, you will be able to appreciate this mix of sweet & buttery mixture. If romaine lettuce is not your favorite, try using spinach instead.
- 5 Grape or Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 Strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce
- 3 sprigs cilantro
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1 Tbsp feta cheese
- 1 sprig scallions, sliced
- 1. Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl & serve with a nice fruity or light balsamic vinaigrette.
