- 3 Strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce
- 3 sprigs cilantro
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1 Tbsp feta cheese
- 1 sprig scallions, sliced

- Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl & serve with a nice fruity or light balsamic vinaigrette.
