This recipe is inspired by the delicious Oyster Bar‘s Pan Roast recipe located in Palace Station in Vegas. Their Pan Roast is so good that there’s constantly a line no matter the time of day whether it’s 3 AM or 7 PM. My recipe might not be the original recipe, but it’s still quite enjoyable. I’ve been told it’s better than the copycat restaurants that have popped up around my area too! You can also try adding a bay leaf or two if you prefer that flavor or add more brandy.
