Transitioning from eating meat to just seafood isn’t so bad when you’ve got great delicious soy alternatives! They’re about the same price as the real thing or a bit cheaper, so I don’t really buy too much of it & stick with tofu for my protein needs.

No disrespect to chefs out there, but I feel that I have more going on for me than being a slave in the kitchen! My prospective career is in Dermatology, so no, definitely not desiring to be a chef, but a doctor. 🙂
LA is overrated hahaha. I mean, it’s fun & all, but New York is way better.
