Eggs & Toast To order delivery or to save money & make breakfast? That is my pathetic dilemma for this lazy Sunday morning, so I opted for eggs sunny-side-up–I realize one didn’t retain its circular shape, trust me, I was not pleased–with toast topped with butter, eggplant garlic spread (Trader Joe’s), wild arugula, & gouda cheese. On another note, can I just say that I’m really excited that it’s raining? Even though this weather generally makes people feel lazy, I’ve been pretty productive & it’s only 2 PM. Maybe it was my breakfast? This year I’ve become incredibly disconnected with my domains, barely updating them while they sit around wasting money. I’m not able to pinpoint the exact reason why I’ve been so distant from the whole thing, but I think I’m slowly getting back into it. Seriously, maybe it was my
