Today I made enchiladas. These were pulled fresh from the oven! |
Johnathan’s plate had rice, beans, extra meat, and an enchilada! |
My plate is a mess but it was delicious. |
Matt, Jeremy, and I put together a birthday dinner for Pearl. I created the menu myself. This first appetizer consisted of (in order from top to bottom): salmon tartare, baked spicy scallops, and spicy tuna tartare. |
