Batter
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Matcha
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- cooking spray
Toppings
- Maple syrup or agave
- bananas or any other fruits
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients (everything besides butter & egg) together thoroughly.
- Mix egg, milk, & butter together. Gently stir in with the dry ingredients & combine until homogenous. Set aside.
- Heat up frying pan on medium-high heat, spraying cooking oil on it. Ladle some pancake mix onto the pan, shaking the pan vigorously to spread about the batter. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
