Batter

  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Matcha
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • cooking spray

Toppings

  • Maple syrup or agave
  • bananas or any other fruits

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients (everything besides butter & egg) together thoroughly.
  2. Mix egg, milk, & butter together. Gently stir in with the dry ingredients & combine until homogenous. Set aside.
  3. Heat up frying pan on medium-high heat, spraying cooking oil on it. Ladle some pancake mix onto the pan, shaking the pan vigorously to spread about the batter. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
