I extended my stay in Boston by a half day so that I could view the last two apartments or else I’d be homeless by the time school started. The second I walked down the neighborhood, I just had an amazing feeling about the place. The brownstone neighborhood in South End has so much charm that I couldn’t imagine myself living elsewhere. No need to see the second apartment when the first one stole my heart. I had a quick bite at my now favorite coffee house, Render, & then it was off to the airport to return to California. HAH, except my plane got delayed 2 hours so I missed my connecting flight, had to stay an additional night in Boston, & nearly missed my flight back to California at 6:30 AM. At least I got upgraded to first class for free (talk about feeling fancy; coach makes me feel so plebe, if only I had the monies to fly first class every time…) & got a free breakfast + tea! Also, snapped some photos of the Grand Canyon – majestic!
