Before I set off to Boston, Steven, Vy, & I made dinner plans at Mo Ran Gak, a Korean BBQ restaurant in Garden Grove. I was craving for Bibim Naengmyeon after David Chang of Momofuku made his mom’s version of Mul-Naengmyeon on Mind of a Chef. It was all of our first times, but it certainly won’t be our last. Everything was delicious!
