Ingredients
Scale
- 1 serving of dried somen
- 1 sprig of scallions, sliced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garlic, pressed
- 1/4 cup ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp mirin
- 2 Tbsp nori flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil & add the somen in. Cook for 3-5 minutes, accordingly to the package. Drain the water & place the noodles in cold water with ice cubes to cool.
- 2. In a dipping bowl, mix the ponzu sauce, honey, salt, water, & mirin. Set aside later for dipping.
- 3. With a fork or chopsticks, fish the noodles into a bowl & top with nori flakes, ginger, garlic, & scallions. Mix your noodles & dip with the sauce.
